Welcome to Dream Travel and Tours. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which we may update at our discretion. Any changes to these terms will be reflected on our website.

The following conditions are designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and enjoyment during your desert safari experience:

Licensed Vehicles

All our vehicles, including 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers or equivalent models, are licensed and fully equipped to accommodate up to seven passengers, ensuring maximum comfort and safety throughout the journey.

Vehicle Amenities

Each vehicle is equipped with seat belts and air conditioning to provide a secure and comfortable ride. All essential travel amenities will be provided for your convenience during the safari.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government regulations, or other emergencies. In such instances, we will offer alternatives, such as rescheduling the tour or adjusting the itinerary.

Child Policy

Children aged 4 to 10 years are charged based on our child pricing policy. Children under 4 years of age can participate free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat.

Special Events

Evening desert safaris and dhow dinner cruises during special events like New Year’s Eve may have different rates and specific terms. These will be communicated in advance on our website.

Religious Observances

Please note that certain activities may be restricted during the Holy Month of Ramadan and other Islamic public holidays. More information can be found on our dedicated page for Desert Safari During Ramadan.

Vehicle Allocation

Depending on group size and specific requirements, we may allocate various types of vehicles, such as saloon cars, seven-seaters, four-seaters, small buses, or coaches for the tours.

Cancellation Policy for Desert Safari

Customer Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund of any advance payments.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours before the tour will receive an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made 6 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the tour.
No-Show Policy:
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or if the booking is not canceled within the specified time frame.
Missed Tour:
  • No refunds will be granted if you miss the scheduled tour date and time without prior notice.
Company Cancellations:
  • In the rare event that we need to cancel the tour, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued for any advance payments.
  • While we are not responsible for any additional compensation, we may offer the option to reschedule for a different date.

Summer Sale Policy​

  • Voucher Purchase: To benefit from the sale, purchase your voucher before the specified date and redeem it by 15th September 2023.
  • Holiday Redemptions: Vouchers can also be redeemed during holidays.
  • Validity: Vouchers are valid until 15th September 2024.
  • Purchase Limit: A maximum of six vouchers can be purchased per individual.
